ERPIE Advisory Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven new-grad to join our team as a Junior Consultant for a 16-week internship beginning April 21, 2025. This position is ideal for candidates with a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) who are looking to develop their expertise in strategic consulting for nonprofit and public sector organizations. Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and resourceful individual to join us as a Junior Consultant Intern. In this role, you will support senior consultants on impactful projects focused on business process optimization, financial analysis, and governance enhancements. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on consulting experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth by learning alongside experienced consultants and contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and drafting of proposals, reports, and business plans, ensuring the content aligns with client needs.
• Support data gathering and research tasks, particularly for financial analysis, budget optimization, and process improvement.
• Prepare meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary documents and resources are prepared for client meetings and workshops.
• Contribute to the development of financial models, staffing models, and other key documents.
• Participate in workshops, assist in documenting outcomes, and support action planning.
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and summaries, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Manage project documentation and ensure version control for ease of access and transparency.
Preferred Qualifications
• New grad with Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Interest in financial planning, governance frameworks, and nonprofit/public sector consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Complementary skills: Basic project management and scheduling capabilities, familiarity with client relationship management tools, and a keen interest in governance and strategic planning are valued.
