Emily is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with a BA in Political Science and extensive governance training and experience. With 20+ years of experience working in the public and private sectors, she has been consulting since 2020.
Emily brings tenacity, flexibility, a sense of humour and a genuine love of people to her work. Her critical thinking, risk management, communication and leadership skills drive her value as lead of the ERPIE team.
Kechen (Ella) Dong is a rising leader in business analytics, with a Master of Business Analytics and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance.
Ella’s sharp analytical abilities and innovative mindset, paired with her collaborative approach, make her a powerful force in driving strategic initiatives. With deep expertise in advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, and Tableau, she translates complex data into actionable insights that fuel operational excellence and transformative growth for organizations.
Having worked in the criminal justice field for over 20 years, Jennifer's skills in risk assessment allow her to analyze situations effectively in high-stakes environments.
Jennifer graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice and has extensive experience with policy writing and analysis. She excels at breaking down intricate issues and communicating insights clearly.
She brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to problem solving which enhances the ERPIE team's performance.
With more than seven years of experience in the administration field, Behasha Fernando has cultivated a solid foundation that blends academic knowledge with practical expertise. Behasha holds a Master of Business Administration and a BSc in Business Management.
Behasha effectively streamlines processes and enhances organizational efficiency. Her collaborative approach not only fosters teamwork but also cultivates a positive work environment, making her an invaluable contributor to ERPIE's team.
