Founded in 2020, ERPIE Advisory has been bringing it's people-centered, energetic and practical solutions to our clients' strategic, financial, and governance-related problems.
Led by Principal Emily Pagdin, ERPIE's dynamic team utilizes an array of diverse skills to bring to bear strong solutions. The ERPIE team draws together a group of staff that are driven by delight in problem solving as well as a strong sense of contribution to the social impact sector. With strong and deliberate quantitative and qualitative skillsets, ERPIE's disciplined approach to solutions and an enthusiastic embrace of collaboration makes our team a potent resource.

Emily is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with a BA in Political Science and extensive governance training and experience. With 20+ years of experience working in the public and private sectors, she has been consulting since 2020.
Emily brings tenacity, flexibility, a sense of humour and a genuine love of people to her work. Her critical thinking, risk management, communication and leadership skills drive her value as lead of the ERPIE team.

With deep expertise in advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, and Tableau, she translates complex data into actionable insights that fuel operational excellence and transformative growth for organizations.
