Emily Pagdin, Principal: 

Emily is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with a BA in Political Science and extensive governance training and experience. With 20+ years of experience working in the public and private sectors, she has been consulting since 2020.  

Emily brings tenacity, flexibility, a sense of humour and a genuine love of people to her work. Her critical thinking, risk management, communication and leadership skills make her an asset to any team. 

The ERPIE team draws together from a pool of strong, professional individuals that form teams around specific client needs.
